Welcome to Moonrage.
By accessing or using Moonrage ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
Moonrage is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account or accessing the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
You agree that:
- You will not share your account credentials.
- You will not allow others to access your account.
- You are responsible for all actions performed using your account.
Moonrage is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts.
3. Virtual Goods and Services
Moonrage may offer virtual items, currency, and services including but not limited to:
- Moonblessed Status
- Moonshards
- In-game services and features
All virtual goods remain the property of Moonrage.
Purchases grant a limited license to use these digital services within the Game.
Virtual items:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for real money
- Cannot be transferred outside the Game
4. Payments
Moonrage offers optional purchases to support the Game.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Moonrage does not store or process credit card information.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Payment fraud or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
Moonrage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate:
- The Moonrage Rules
- These Terms of Service
- Applicable laws
If an account is terminated:
- Access to the Game will be revoked
- All virtual items and currency may be forfeited
6. Modifications to the Game
Moonrage may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time.
This includes:
- Game mechanics
- Virtual items
- Services
- Features
No compensation will be provided for such changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Moonrage, including but not limited to:
- Artwork
- Design
- Game systems
- Lore
- Code
is the intellectual property of Moonrage and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
8. User Content
Players may submit content such as:
- Character descriptions
- Roleplay posts
- Profile images
By posting content in Moonrage, you grant the Game a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and host that content within the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Moonrage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Moonrage is not liable for:
- Loss of game progress
- Account compromise
- Server downtime
- Data loss
10. Changes to These Terms
Moonrage may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
